XX Week of the Italian Language in the World: Lucca Project Contest 2020 Exhibition
The Italian Cultural Institute in Sydney in collaboration with the Department of Italian Studies at the University of Sydney on the occasion of the XX Week of the Italian Language in the World present:
Lucca Project Contest 2020 Exhibition
Now on display at the University of Sydney’s Camperdown campus, browse the works by young creatives at The Quadrangle (Lobby H) and Brennan MacCallum Building (in front the School of Languages and Cultures’ office counter).
The 2020 Lucca Project Contest held a national competition opened to aspiring comic book authors. It was organised by Lucca Comics & Games and now in its 16th edition.
On the occasion of the XX Week of the Italian Language in the World on the theme of “Italian Between Word and Image: Graffiti, Illustrations, Comic Books”, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation presents works from the Project Contest to promote and enhance abroad the new Italian comics through the Italian Cultural Institutes network.
Please observe physical distancing requirements. Visitors who are not University staff and students will be required to scan a QR code upon entry to the Brennan MacCallum Building. Read the University’s advice on staying COVID-safe on campus.
